THE CHAI-CYCLE is a pop up tea shop propelled from place to place by a bicycle, creating a spectacle on the road and a congregational hub when stationary.
THE CHAI-CYCLE is designed by Daniel Marmot and Pooja Agrawal, two architectural designers interested in the relationship between mobility, retail and public space in the city.
THE CHAI-CYCLE is an on going project funded by Better Bankside and was supported by The Architecture Foundation for the London Festival of Architecture 2010 where it made its debut.
